WebCocon with Statistical Filter

WebCocon now uses the Statistical Filter when processing the results. With this all results are separated in three groups:

1. Results that passed the statistical filter are sorted by total energy
2. Results that passed the statistical filter, but could not be energy minimized
3. Results that did not pass the statistical filter

The new results page gives access to all the information.
